Montessori For All maintains a lean staffing structure which means there are many opportunities for volunteers to join our mission.
Volunteers
Volunteers to Montessori For All can expect to assist with general office tasks, special events, in-classroom tutoring, and mentoring. If you are interested in volunteering in one of our showcase schools, you can email skt@montessoriforall.org.

Montessori For All offers two ways for you to share your wisdom and expertise within our community.
Inspiring Leaders
Montessori For All’s Inspiring Leaders bring their real life experiences to our school classrooms. Speaking to our student leaders in their classroom communities, Inspiring Leaders connect lessons to actualized outcomes in a way that inspires our student leaders to continue their growth into inspiring leaders themselves!
Applications to present as an Inspiring Leader are accepted on a rolling basis. You can email skt@montessoriforall.org for more information.
Board of Directors
Montessori For All enjoys the support and direction of our wise and experienced board members. We seek to fill a diverse board, both with regard to demographics and experience. Applications are accepted on a continuous basis, and we are presently seeking board members with an ability to think creatively and collaboratively, preferably with a legal, real estate, fundraising, or academic background.
Sharing Your Treasure
Montessori For All raises funds to support our Charter Management Organization (CMO), Magnolia Montessori For All (our Austin lab school), our work in innovation and national impact, and future capital needs.
A general gift to Montessori For All can be directed to “where the need is greatest” which will allow our staff and Board of Directors to use your gift where it can make the greatest impact. You can also choose to restrict your gift so that it matches your specific passion within our mission of education reform.
Montessori For All is a registered 501(c)(3) not-for-profit organization, so your gifts are tax deductible to the extent allowed by federal income tax law.
