ABOUT THE PRESENTER
Yolanda Romanelli has been teaching for 13 years in Primary Montessori Classrooms. She has been with Magnolia Montessori For All, Austin’s first public Montessori school, for almost a decade. Yolanda has her AMS certification from Houston Montessori Center and a Master’s Degree in Education with emphasis in Montessori, from Endicott College. Yolanda has also been a Montessori Consultant for Guides-in-training at Houston Montessori Center and the Montessori Education Center of the Rockies. Yolanda enjoys curriculum writing and planning and has collaborated with others from Magnolia to create Magnolia’s Montessori Reading Acceleration Pathway—a curriculum that she also helps train teachers all over the country learn how to implement. Yolanda is also a co-author for all of the Monarch Readers, which are phonetic and leveled readers that complement the Montessori Acceleration Pathway.
