Four-Pronged Theory of Change
To impact the highest number of children and families, Montessori For All applies its four-pronged approach to change:
Open high-performing, authentic, public Montessori charter schools in diverse communities across the country
Codify a comprehensive “whole child” curriculum based on individualized and mastery-based instruction that can be adopted by other programs
Create teacher training centers that offer Montessori certification and state certification to increase the availability and improve the effectiveness of public Montessori teachers, in addition to training around other aspects of personalized learning including agency-centered classroom management strategies
Partner with school districts and the charter sector to help spread personalized learning through a consultancy model, tapping into our codified curriculum and training centers to ensure quality implementation
Your Gifts of Time, Talent, and Treasure
Sharing Your Time
Montessori For All maintains a lean staffing structure which means there are many opportunities for volunteers to join our mission!
Volunteers to Montessori For All can expect to assist with general office tasks, special events, in-classroom tutoring, and mentoring. If you are interested in volunteering for our flagship school in Austin, you can find more information and applications on the Magnolia Montessori For All website.
Sharing Your Talent
Montessori For All offers a couple ways for you to share your wisdom and expertise within our community.
Montessori For All’s Inspiring Leaders bring their real life experiences to our school classrooms. Speaking to our student leaders in their classroom communities, Inspiring Leaders connect lessons to actualized outcomes in a way that inspires our student leaders to continue their growth into inspiring leaders themselves!
Applications to present as an Inspiring Leader are accepted on a rolling basis.
Board of Directors
Montessori For All enjoys the support and direction of seven members of our board. We seek to fill a diverse board, both with regard to demographics and experience. Applications are accepted on a continuous basis, and we are presently seeking one additional board member, preferably with a legal background.
Sharing Your Treasure
Montessori For All raises funds to support our Charter Management Organization (CMO), Magnolia Montessori For All (our Austin showcase school campus), future capital needs, and our codification and dissemination efforts.
A general gift to Montessori For All can be directed to “where the need is greatest” which will allow our staff and Board of Directors to use your gift where it can make the greatest impact.
You can also choose to restrict your gift further so that it matches your specific passion within our mission of education reform the Montessori way! Montessori For All is a registered 501(c)(3) not-for-profit organization, so your gifts are tax deductible to the extent allowed by federal income tax law.
