Where we’ve been and where we’re going
Our founding board unified around the vision of implementing a bold vision for education reform: to educate the whole child and ensure strong, equitable outcomes. We founded a non-profit organization, applied to the State of Texas, and received a charter to open Austin’s first free public Montessori school.
Magnolia Montessori For All opened its doors in 2014 for 300 children in Pre-K3 through 3rd grade. We added a grade level every year until 6th grade. We currently serve 500 children in Pre-K3 through 6th grade.
Our non-profit organization also opened an Infant & Toddler community.
